Pre-Service Inspection
Before any cleaning begins, our technician will carry out a visual inspection of the appliance and note any visible damage, wear, faults, or defects such as scratches, dents, damaged seals, faulty elements, broken glass, or malfunctioning components.
Revive Oven Cleaning cannot be held responsible for pre-existing faults, damaged parts, or issues caused by age, wear and tear, improper installation, or previous repairs that may become apparent during or after the cleaning process.
Cleaning Process
We use professional-grade, non-caustic, biodegradable, and fume-free cleaning products designed specifically for oven cleaning. While we aim to achieve the best possible results, some staining, discolouration, or carbon build-up may be permanent and cannot always be completely removed.
Our cleaning process may involve dismantling removable components such as racks, panels, fan covers, doors, and trays for deep cleaning within our heated dip tank system. All removable items should be emptied prior to our arrival.
Liability
Revive Oven Cleaning will not be liable for faults or failures relating to:
Existing damage or worn components
Faulty thermostats, elements, fans, hinges, timers, or electronics
Poor previous repairs or installations
Fragile or deteriorated parts affected by age or heat exposure
Although every care is taken during cleaning, older appliances and components may become brittle over time. Revive Oven Cleaning cannot accept responsibility for components that fail due to pre-existing weakness or deterioration unless directly caused by negligence.
We are not responsible for bulbs, seals, clips, screws, or other fragile components that may already be weakened through normal use and heat exposure.
Post-Cleaning
Customers are encouraged to inspect the appliance once the clean has been completed to ensure satisfaction before the technician leaves.
If you experience any concerns following the clean, please contact Revive Oven Cleaning within 24 hours so the matter can be reviewed promptly.
Any operational issues unrelated to the cleaning process, including faults caused by age, wear and tear, or existing mechanical or electrical problems, remain the responsibility of the appliance owner.
Replacement oven bulbs may be available for purchase and fitting during the appointment where suitable stock is carried.
Warranty and Maintenance
Revive Oven Cleaning provides a professional cleaning service only. We do not carry out mechanical repairs or servicing, and therefore cannot provide warranties relating to the ongoing operation or performance of the appliance.
Regular professional cleaning and routine appliance maintenance are recommended to help prolong the life, efficiency, and appearance of your oven.
